How it works

A step by step explanation of how to use the program

1. How to start with the program and get the best result?

Start with the assessment as a baseline measurement. Now you have a result that provides insight into your current status of the 7 components of the mental part of golf. Each component has its own module with sessions.

You can use your score to decide which module you want to start with and want to improve first? It’s up to you what to choose.

2. What to do with the score? – Theory

To improve your golf game as quickly as possible, our advice would be to start sessions in the module you score the lowest on. But it’s your own choice were you want to focus on!

Go to the sessions sections. First start reading the theory behind that specific module. After that, take the test and learn more about your own capabilities in that area.

3. What to do with the score? – Exercises

Then choose an exercise or two that you would like to do. This can be an exercise at home, the practice area or on the course. Important is that you know that you don’t have to do all the exercises at once.It’s too much. Take it step by step. It’s quality that counts in practice not quantity!
